RETURN POLICY

 

If, for any reason, you are not happy with a product, it can be returned to us within 7 days of receipt of the order as long as it meets the following requirements:

Item Conditions

·         It should be in the original packing, free from any sticker, price tag, writing or any kind of modification.

·         Item(s) must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

·         Items that have been used cannot be returned.

·         Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

·         Original shipping costs are not refundable.

·         Once your return is received and inspected by us, your refund will be processed and credit will be applied to your credit card or to your customer account, whichever you prefer.

 

Incorrect Items

In the event that you receive an incorrect item due to our error, please e-mail us the following information

·         Order ID # or Invoice #

·         Item Code & Quantity

·         Photo(s) of all incorrect items

·         If after review of the photo(s) we find that you have received a wrong item, then we will make arrangement to have the wrong item returned to us.

·         After review of the actual item we will issue a credit or provide an exchange.

·         Please note that an exchange may not be possible for some items.  In that case, credit will be applied to your credit card or to your customer account, whichever you prefer.

Damaged Items

In the event that you receive a broken or damaged item due to manufacturer error, Please e-mail us the following information

·         Order ID # or Invoice #

·         Item Code & Quantity

·         Photo of all damaged items

·         If after review of the photo(s) we find that you have received a damaged item, then we will make arrangement to have the item returned to us.

·         After review of the actual item we will issue a credit or provide an exchange.

·         Please make a note that a replacement may not be possible for some items.  In that case an exchange can be made.  If not, credit will be applied to your credit card or to your customer account, whichever you prefer.

When losses involve damaged or missing cartons, please contact the delivery carrier (UPS or USPS) for instructions on filing a claim first!

Any other discrepancy such as missing items should be reported to Sharma Emport within 7 days of receipt of goods.
No merchandise will be accepted for return without prior authorization.

International Order Returns

All international sales are final and cannot be returned.

 

Delivery Information

 

We ship most orders within 1-2 business days as noted on a products detail page.

All orders are shipped USPS Ground unless otherwise specified.  Orders shipped using our standard ground shipping methods will normally be received within 3-7 business days.

Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico
We ship via USPS Priority Mail Service. Processing time is 2-3 business days and transit time may vary from 5-10 business days. 

An email with tracking information will be sent as soon as the order ships.


Orders may be received complete in the same box or may be received in different boxes. If more than one box is sent, shipping company may deliver at different times.

Local Customers can select Store Pickup as the shipping option and the order can be picked up from our warehouse at Gardena, California. Please write a note in the order comments section telling us when you will be coming to pick up your order so we can have it ready for you.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout and these charges are approximate. Actual shipping costs will be determined once the order is ready to ship. If the shipping cost is equal to or less than the amount calculated in the shopping cart, we will adjust it and ship your order, but if the shipping cost is greater than that estimated by the online shopping cart, we will contact you for your approval.  Once approved, the additional shipping cost will be added to your order.

Customer is responsible for all shipping charges including Refused Shipments

 

We accept all major credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. All credit cards are processed using PayPal.

 

Our website is configured to accept all major credit cards and it takes real time authorization of

your credit card when you submit your order, if our site has generated Order ID # then you order has

been submitted successfully, but if you don't see Order ID # then card has been declined.

 

There are different reasons for decline:

·         Please check with your bank if there are enough funds available to cover this order or not.

·         if you are sure there is enough funds and still declined then it could be one of the following reasons:

·         Please check that you have entered correct billing address.

·         Your credit card may have been blocked by the issuer.  Please contact your issuer and have them unblock it.

·         your complete billing address must match with your card otherwise it may decline even if you have funds available.

·         Please make a note, your Billing and Shipping Address must be the same.

·         If you use a different shipping address than the billing address your order may be delayed in processing. We may contact you for further verification.

Our website uses secure server software (SSL) encrypts to process your credit card orders.

For any reason if you don't feel comfortable to provide your card information over the internet, please submit your order using payment option type as Call with Payment Info and call us at 914-341-2726 to provide your payment information over the phone.
